Originally from Brazil, I have lived and worked in London, Dubai and am now resident just outside Lisbon, Portugal. I speak fluent English and Portuguese.
I specialize in immigration and property purchases.
I provide a full service, from initial consultation, helping you prepare the necessary documents, gaining an entry visa to Portugal and then completing the formalities in Portugal. I accompany clients to their in-person interviews to help ensure things go smoothly and any issues can be resolved on-the-spot.
For property purchases, I work for you, not the real estate agent. I won't just prepare documentation for the formalities of the sale, I will review and if necessary negotiate the purchase contract, inspect the documentation for the property and if required visit the local council offices to review approved plans. I can also help arrange a proper survey of the property, which is particularly important for rural properties, those that have been extended or older urban buildings.
I have contacts with banks who can help setup accounts and prepare things in advance where clients are from overseas, and who can provide services in English.
I can do initial consultations via Skype, Zoom or Google Meet.
I have overseen the sales of houses, villas and apartments across Portugal from Porto, to Lisbon and the Algarve and can provide a complete service for those wishing to move to Portugal and establish a home here.
